WHAT IS A TSP?
The Cannon Beach Transportation System Plan (TSP) is a plan to guide the City’s future transportation system. The process will result in a plan for improving the transportation system for all users, including people who walk, bike, ride the bus, use a wheelchair or cane, or deliver freight. The plan will lead to programs, policies, and new investments that respect the unique village character of Cannon Beach, while addressing ongoing transportation issues in the city.
HOW CAN I STAY INFORMED ABOUT THE CANNON BEACH TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PLAN?
Please visit the project website frequently to learn more about the project, share your thoughts on community needs, and review potential solutions as the project website will serve as the information hub. We will also post to our social media feeds and use traditional forms of media to get the word out. You can also subscribe by clicking here and we encourage you attend an Open House or Meeting. We look forward to hearing from you and hearing your views on the future transportation needs of Cannon Beach.
WHEN AND HOW CAN I ATTEND A MEETING?
Due to the continuing COVID concerns, the City of Cannon Beach is still not able to hold in-person public meetings at City Hall. In fact, Cannon Beach City Hall, at 163 E. Gower St., is still closed to the public. We encourage you to attend our meetings through Zoom and find out more about just how to connect through any of our Cannon Beach City Agendas. From our City Website's home page you can make your way to the Agendas & Minutes page, to find upcoming meetings and events, and on each meeting page find the Zoom Meeting links. If you ever have difficulty accessing a meeting or information, please let us know at 503.436.8040 or planning@ci.cannon-beach.or.us.
